I understand that an "all hands on deck" approach gets projects done on time and on budget. From design and drawings to permit applications and sub-contracting, my experience is wide-ranging. At the start of construction for my family's first commercial enterprise in 1993, I was on-site taking in all that was going on. Bulldozers, steel deliveries, underground utilities, concrete trucks and more were all fascinating to me....and I was only 11 years old! Since that time, I have been learning valuable skills about construction, development and property management. Not only do I possess the skills needed to work with architects, engineers and interior designers on the first phases of a project, I am also very proficient in field management and on occasion, will step up to run heavy equipment. Strict controls, attention to detail and mindful problem solving help to ensure projects meet building code standards and are done on-time and on budget.
